Placing Your First Order

This page contains step-by-step instructions on how to place an order. If you would like to place an order directly with our friendly team, please call (01604) 648002.

Find a product

If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name in any of the search boxes around the website. Alternatively, type a general name (for example, "vitamins") in a search box.

You can also navigate through our shop sections by clicking on one of the section names in the sections menu along the left hand side of each page.

To get more information about a product, click its name to see its product information page. There you'll find:

the buttons you need to add the item to your Cart.
Add it to your Cart

The Cart is where you carry items you want to buy. You can always delete items from the Cart or save them for later if you change your mind. When you find what you want (or what you might want) click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product information page.

When you've added everything you want to your Cart, click "View Cart" in the top left-hand corner of the page.

To start filling in the order form, click the "Checkout" button.

Click on "Click here to create or login to a customer account.".

If this is your first visit, select "Click here to set up a new customer account." You can enter your billing and shipping address here, which will then be stored for the next time you log in.

The e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address we can use to communicate with you about your order, so please double-check it. You must use your own e-mail address, even if you're buying something for someone else.

If you are a returning customer, enter you email and password. Your billing and shipping details will then be retrieved, ready for your order.

Click on submit when you have entered your details, and then on "Click here to go to the online store Checkout page". Your details will be filled in from the details account details you provided.

Discount Codes

Enter any discount codes you have been given here, and click to subscribe to our mailing list for free newsletters containing special offers and discounts.

Select a payment option

Select from the options available and click on submit. We accept online payment, cheques or postal orders (denominated in Pounds Sterling) and energiseforlife.com gift certificates as payment. All orders must be prepaid.

Shipping Info

Consider how quickly you'd like to receive your order, choose a delivery method, and click on submit.

The delivery charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

Review

Check the information you've provided. When you're ready, click the "submit" button to submit your order.

Secure Payment

If you are paying online, you will need to let us know how you want to pay for your order. We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch or Solo. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit or debit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes and click on 'Make Payment'.

If you are paying by cheque or postal order, send the total amount to our postal address at 20 Moulton Business Park, Scirocco Close, Northampton, NN3 6AP. If you are paying by phone, please call (01604) 648002.

Once the payment has gone through, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We'll also send you an e-mail message when we dispatch the order to you.

Tracking your order

After placing your order you can track it, to see it's current status.
